Our Ultimate Base Coat is a UV/LED cured top coat that is designed specifically to work with our Ultimate Shine Top Coat, to give a high shine, diamond hard finish to your wraps.
Designed to work hand in hand with Ultimate Shine Top Coat, Ultimate Base Coat gives the perfect starting point for applying your Top Coat.
Directions
1) Apply your nail wraps
2) Apply a thin layer of Ultimate Base Coat on top of your wrap. Cure Ultimate Base Coat for 60 seconds
3) Apply a thin layer of Ultimate Shine Top Coat, taking care to cover the whole nail bed and the free edge of the nail. Avoid getting top coat onto your cuticle or skin. If you do, wipe this off before curing. Thin layers are better than thick as uneven layers can cause heat spikes under the lamp
4) Cure Ultimate Shine Top Coat for 60 to 90 seconds using a UV/LED lamp

Not sure if I'm doing it wrong, but stays tacky even after curing with the uv/led lamp. Having said that, the finished product when the top coat is added, really is beautiful! So it obviously works. I did assume this was a base coat to put on BEFORE the gel strips, I'm not why a base coat is needed on top of the gel and then the top coat on top. But it works so I'm happy with that!
Absolutely love this. I have been gelling my nails for about 15 years and this is the best base coat I have used. Goes on smooth, no lifting/peeling so far. Will definitely repurchase and recommend.
